Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of my control.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. Shipping charges  for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.

We do not offer international shipping as of yet.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow us 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at handcraftedbyhayley@outlook.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at handcraftedbyhayley@outlook.com.au with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address theses on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
